OVERVIEW
Liberty Events project manage this event with two leading Interventional Cardiologists based in NSW. This is a 3-day educational meeting which takes about 120 registrations each year, and has the support of 12 – 16 sponsors that exhibit from the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. This meeting includes a live case discussion, crossing to a Cath lab in a Perth hospital with Q&A.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation & management of event project plan & timeline
Budget management – including securing sponsorship funding – creation & distribution of sponsorship prospectus
Venue sourcing
Venue liaison – contract negotiation & booking. Meeting room set-ups/requirements, accommodation, F&B, floor plans, event timings
Management of theming & AV requirements, event production, show calling
Management of photography, videography, transfers
Management of exhibition – design, set up, sponsor entitlements
Design & production of name tags, agendas, event folders and event collateral.
Design and distribution of delegate confirmation documents
Overall event budgeting with relevant reporting
Liberty Events staff on-site for the duration of the event
